Franchises - Requirements

 

 

 

Obligations and Requirements:

•  Train franchisees, both technically and commercially.

•  Give technical, telephonic, and electronic support to franchisees.

•  Safeguard the trade mark.

•  Sign a 10 years contract with the franchisee.

•  Give the entire source code to franchisees for them to develop and improve in accordance with what is established in the operations guide.

•  Techni-web works as a team; however, this does not mean lack of independence.


 


Obligations and Requirements of Franchises:

•  Take care of, respect and maintain uniformity of the public image Techni-Web, using only materials and graphical supports authorized by the head office.

•  Not to diffuse the contents of the operations guide beyond the internal operability of the franchise.

•  Pay the initial admission duty depending on demographical and socioeconomic variables.

•  Pay 10% ( without V.A.T) to Techni-Web head office of the monthly sales turnover as royalties.

•  Acquire Techni-web Products with source code.

•  Never leave unattended neither end-users nor dealers in its geographical exclusivity area.

•  The minimum model of a franchise must have: 1 manager/commercial and 2 programmers.

•  Franchises can work only parting from a common core: Techni-web software. Commercialization of all other software not registered as Techni-Web's and adequately authorized from the head office will be penalized.

•  The Techni-web franchise can develop its own software and buy it through the whole network.

•   In case the franchise develops software that the head office considers an independent module, the head officewill have right to a 70% of the sale price for the dealer.

• The contract between Techni-web and franchises is valid for 10 years, automatically renewable on annual deadlines with the consent of the two parts.



This way franchises...:


•  Will be members with full rights in the Techni-Web franchises network.

•  Will not compete with each other as they will enjoy their own geographical exclusivity area.

•  Will have their own dealers in their geographical exclusivity area.

•  Will dispose of the rest of franchises as a commercial network to distribute their products through.

•  Will have a solid base to work with possibility to extend the range of products indefinitely.

•  Will share their experience and knowledge with the rest of franchises and vice versa, to improve the global performance of the group.

•  Will obtain remuneration for their developed products and applied improvements.

•  The franchisee will be an entrepreneur independent from the franchiser: his/her franchise is his/her own business, and he may manage it the way he sees the best, in the limits of obligations and requirements stipulated in the contract.
